Training is tired today as we have not train and touch the ball for 2 weeks.
everyone was exhausted after the 2 rounds crosscountry and this was only the warming up. when we going to start running, michael coach drove in, his face was so 'black', scary sia. xinyu and i quickly start running. we took a long time to complete the 2 rounds.
we played a FUN game for the start of the training. debra have to dribble the ball and catch us. like catching but have to dribble with the ball. everyone was caught in less than 2 minutes. it was tiring, have to run around the court. after that dribbling, up and down the court. i was damn tired! our freethrows are really lousy. 3 out of 10 thus we had punishments!
learn defence, played two-on-two, three-on-three. freethrows again, failed to meet expectation and punishments again. micheal coach says our stamina is bad as he will focus more on man to man defence thus need to have good stamina.
we will be having friendly match on friday. i hope to have friendly match with Raffles one day but before that we have to train really hard and well.
