finally i'm blogging!

[ T O D A Y ]

woke up at 1o plus.
watched youtube and rushed out for training.

we ran two rounds crosscountry with timing.
supposed to finished it in less than 25 minutes.
2 failed. the rest passed.
good job people.

our freethrows were horrible.
never managed to reach any target.
coach was quite shocked and pissed!

our training today seems to be like netball training.
did alot of pivoting, passes and played 3 on 3 without dribbling.
